- You do not currently have service in your name and the address is an existing Residential address.
- The address is not residential.
- You are not the person whose name will be on the service.
- You are a residential customer that currently has service in your name and are moving to
a new address. Instead, login to My Electric Account and use Move Existing or Start Additional Service. If
you are not currently registered for our online services, you will need your account number. It can be found on your bill statement in the upper left corner.
